The olive oil press is an activity carried out by Chabad all over the world and in Rome by Rav Lazar for over 10 years, this year Rav Lazar has been invited to bring the experience in three places.
In the two Jewish kindergartens of Rome, Gan Chaya and Asili Israelitici, the children participated in the selection of the olives, in the preparation of the press, in the pressing, in the centrifuge until obtaining the oil and lighting a fire, at the end of the activity each child received a bottle of oil to take home.
The workshop was presented also at the Chanukà party at the Beth El Center, in front of parents and children.
